Bollinger Champagne Brut Rosé

Bollinger Champagne Brut Rosé is the rosé expression of Bollinger’s Pinot Noir–led house style — bronze tones with the depth of a great red wine, red berries (red currant, cherry, wild strawberry) and a spicy touch on the nose, and a structured palate with tannic finish from the addition of red wine.

Bollinger’s rosé follows the same exacting standards as the rest of the lineup. The house’s fundamentals — 405 acres of mostly Grand and Premier cru vineyards, 60%+ Pinot Noir across every cuvée, working cooperage with 3,000 oak barrels for base wines, magnum-aged reserve wines, hand-riddling and hand-disgorging of vintage bottles — make Bollinger one of the most labor-intensive houses in Champagne. The on-screen association with James Bond goes back to 1973.
