Hillrock Estate Distillery is one of the few American whiskey producers operating at full estate scale. The Solera Aged expression draws on a fractional aging system more typical of Spanish sherry and Madeira production than American bourbon — each bottling preserves a portion of older whiskey alongside successively younger barrels, building a layered, integrated profile that no single-barrel approach can replicate.
