Laird’s Applejack Brandy

Laird’s Applejack is a historic American blended apple brandy — blended from 35% apple brandy and 65% neutral spirits, bottled at 80 proof, with rich juicy apple flavor and a caramel finish. Laird & Company was America’s first commercial distillery, holding license #1.

For nearly 300 years the Laird family has passed down the art of producing applejack. Production begins at the peak of the apple harvest in early September to ensure the fruit’s quality and sweetness. Smooth, warm, and bright with a mouth-coating, soft texture, it is the essential spirit in a classic Jack Rose cocktail. Rated 92 points by Wine Enthusiast (December 2011).
