Pasquet Apéritif Marie-Framboise is a raspberry-macerated Pineau-style apéritif from the Pasquet family’s Éraville estate in Grande Champagne — the family’s classic Pineau des Charentes base with fresh raspberries macerated in for a distinctive fruit-driven Charentes apéritif. Produced from a property making Cognac since 1730.

The Marie-Framboise extends the Pineau des Charentes tradition into a raspberry-flavored variant — the Pineau’s Cognac fortification base provides a richer foundation for the raspberry maceration than wine alone would, producing a more layered fruit apéritif than commercial raspberry liqueurs. Jean-Luc Pasquet leads the operation, with the family producing both classic and innovative expressions of the regional apéritif tradition.
