Hangar 1 Bentwing Brandy

Hangar 1 Bentwing Brandy is a blend of French and California brandies — a French brandy made in the Chenin Blanc style blended with a subtle floral brandy distilled from California wine varietals, with notes of currant, dark brown sugar, honey, and toasted oak.

Named for the Vought F4U Corsair (“The Bentwing Bird”) once housed in the Alameda hangars. Best neat or in a classic Sidecar or Metropolitan.
