Aromas and flavors of orange blossom and peel, black tea, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and custard lead into a finish of sweet tobacco, baking spice, and pepper.

Laws Whiskey House mills its own grains and combines and cooks them into a uniquely complex sour mash, open-air fermented for four days before distillation in a custom four-plate pot still. The whiskey is aged a minimum of two years (Four Grain is typically aged considerably longer to its bonded and flagship expressions) in new American white oak — a no-shortcuts approach to heirloom-grain, terroir-driven American whiskey.
