Booker’s Small Batch 2019-1 Teresa’s Batch

Booker’s 2019-01 “Teresa’s Batch” is the first 2019 release of Booker’s uncut, unfiltered, cask-strength bourbon — named for Teresa Wittemer, a 30-year Beam Quality Control employee.

The batch draws on barrels from three production dates aged in nine locations across four warehouses. As with all Booker’s, it is bottled uncut and unfiltered at natural cask strength, the way Booker Noe intended.

• Color: Deep amber and henna
• Nose: Robust vanilla and caramel; slightly smoky
• Palate: Deep, complex vanilla, nuts, and oak
• Finish: Long and full; sweet and spicy
