Belle Meade Bourbon Sherry Cask Finish is the first release in the Special Cask Finish Series — a high-rye bourbon blended and finished in imported Spanish Oloroso sherry casks, cut to 90.4 proof and never chill-filtered.

Barrels are sampled and selected from Belle Meade’s reserve stock and blended in small batches, then finished in Oloroso sherry casks until perfection is achieved. Rich, intricate, and balanced.
