Laws San Luis Valley Straight Rye is the flagship rye — born at 7,400 feet on Colorado’s Cody Family farm from low-yield, semi-wild rye grain, made with a labor-intensive open-air, on-grain sour mash process and aged a minimum of three years. Luxurious in texture and generous in perfume.
