The Busker Single Grain is a column-distilled Irish whiskey matured in ex-bourbon casks from the U.S. and finished in rare Marsala casks from Cantine Florio (1833), one of the oldest Sicilian wineries. A light, pale straw-colored single grain Irish whiskey with a beautiful sweet finish.

Single grain Irish whiskey is produced from a single grain other than malted barley (or from a mix that includes corn or wheat alongside barley), distilled in column stills. The Busker Single Grain layers this lighter grain whiskey base with American bourbon-cask character and the distinctive Marsala-wine influence of the Cantine Florio finish.
