Old Elk Port Cask Finish

Aged a minimum of 5 years and finished in port barriques. Beautiful balance on the nose, with herbs, chocolate, and red fruit. Lightly spiced with a rounded mouthfeel, with flavors of orange, red berries, poached pears, and rich, well-integrated oak. Nice length on a finish with apple and red berry sweetness, with a lovely hit of spice; very solid and full-bodied.
