Hibiki Japanese Harmony Limited Edition
$1,199.99
Hibiki Japanese Harmony Limited Edition is a commemorative release marking the 30th anniversary of the Suntory Hibiki brand — the same five-cask Harmony blend presented in a bottle adorned with the tabane-noshi, a traditional Japanese symbol of celebration inspired by kimono patterns.
The tabane-noshi is a pattern of bundled noshi — dried abalone strips historically given as gifts to symbolize good fortune — a symbol of auspiciousness in Japanese culture for centuries. Suntory commissioned the design for the Hibiki 30th anniversary, applying the kimono-pattern aesthetic to the iconic 24-faceted Hibiki bottle that represents the 24 seasons of the traditional Japanese calendar. The whisky is identical to standard Hibiki Harmony: at least 10 malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita, matured in five cask types including Mizunara Japanese oak and plum liqueur casks.

- Nose: Rose, lychee, and rosemary — the Hibiki Harmony aromatic signature
- Palate: Honey, candied orange peel, white chocolate, and warm Mizunara spice
