Dr. Don Livermore is the master blender at Hiram Walker / Corby behind much of the modern Canadian whisky renaissance. The Pike Creek 21-year base provides exceptional aged depth, and the additional Oloroso sherry cask finish adds dried fruit, nuts, and oxidative complexity over an already structured Canadian whisky.
