Astral Tequila Blanco

Astral Tequila Blanco is a blanco from 100% organic Blue Weber Agave grown at high elevation in Jalisco — traditionally crafted, twice-distilled, and bottled at 92 proof for an elegant, full-bodied character. Founded by Master Sommelier Richard Betts.

Agaves are slow-roasted in stone hornos, then fermented with the bagazo using wild yeasts over a process 8–10 times longer than industrial methods. Awarded Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and named one of Food & Wine’s “Top 10 Blanco Tequilas.”
