Spirit of Hven Organic Navy Strength Gin is the high-strength Navy expression from Spirit of Hven Backafallsbyn on Hven Island in the Oeresund strait between Denmark and Sweden — one of the world’s smallest commercial pot still distilleries with full mash-to-bottle production on site. Powerful but very smooth, with licorice and sweetness from oak maturation, soft and oily character, and pure clear juniper-and-citrus notes with light vanilla, spicy licorice, herbs, and coriander on the nose.
