Spirit of Hven Organic Vodka

Spirit of Hven Organic Vodka is a Swedish island-distilled organic vodka from Spirit of Hven Backafallsbyn — located on the island of Hven in the Oeresund strait between Denmark and Sweden, one of the world’s smallest commercial pot still distilleries. Mashing, fermentation, distillation, maturation, and bottling all happen on site. Long fermentation with a variety of yeast strains and three pot stills with shell-and-tub condensers produce a distinctly complex, oily, full-flavored vodka with the maritime character of the surrounding Oeresund.
