San Zanj Haitian White Rum (Clairin) is a blend of double-distilled Clairin and rhum agricole from select Haitian producers — distilled the way it has been for centuries, on Creole column stills heated by wood and spent sugarcane husks. The fresh-cane Clairin tradition makes this distinctly different from the industrial molasses-based rum that dominates the white-rum category.
