Vicario Artichoke Liqueur

Vicario Artichoke Liquéur is produced by Renato Vicario and Janette Wesley using organically grown artichoke (Cynara scolymus) from their farms in Tuscany, Italy and South Carolina, USA — a bitter, herbal liqueur built around cynarin, the active bitter compound in artichoke. At 25% ABV, it functions as a digestif and amaro substitute in cocktails.
