Hardy Cognac Elation Nectar de Poire is a pear liqueur produced by the Hardy family house (est. 1863) — combining Poire Williams (Williams pear eau-de-vie) with aged VSOP Cognac, honey, and vanilla. A dessert-style liqueur at lower ABV than the Hardy cognac range, designed to highlight the juicy, aromatic character of ripe Williams pears.
