Bozal Jabalí Reserva Mezcal

Bozal Jabalí Reserva is a mezcal made from the rare wild jabalí agave — from Bozal, a brand celebrating the uncharted side of the mezcal world. A Reserva expression of one of the most difficult agaves to distill, prized for its complex, intensely aromatic character.

Bozal sources wild and rare agaves from small producers across Oaxaca and Guerrero, focusing on craft, artisan, handmade mezcal. Jabalí is notoriously difficult to work with — its high saponin content causes heavy foaming during distillation, making single-agave bottlings rare and sought-after.
