More flavor and less water at 110 proof, with both intensity and finesse. Agave piñas are harvested by jimadores, slowly baked for 4 days, crushed to extract the mosto, fermented by an 80-year-old yeast culture, double-distilled in Tequilano pot stills, aged 6 months in stainless steel, then barely filtered and bottled at 110 proof.

The exacting handcrafted process preserves the full mouthfeel, texture, and viscosity of the estate-grown blue agave. The higher proof concentrates the agave character relative to the standard 80-proof Blanco, making this a particular choice for spirit-forward cocktails or sipping.
