Fassbind Les Vieilles Barriques Vieille Framboise is a Swiss aged raspberry brandy made from raspberries harvested in the Rigi mountain region — macerated and distilled, then rested in stainless steel for at least 2 years and aged in oak barrels for 14–18 months to develop a brilliant gold color and the structural complexity of a long-aged fruit brandy.
