Falcon Spirits Raspberry Liqueur

Falcon Spirits Raspberry Liqueur is a high-proof, low-sugar raspberry liqueur from master distiller Farid Dormishian (Falcon Spirits, est. 2011) — bottled at 60 proof (30% ABV) rather than the typical 17–20% of mass-market raspberry liqueurs, and with substantially less sugar so it reads tart and bright rather than syrupy. Dormishian, a U.C. Berkeley-trained biochemist with extensive mixology experience, applied his distilling and bar background to building a raspberry liqueur that delivers natural fruit character rather than candy sweetness.
