Four years of aging build a rich, complex profile of wood, vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon, cooked agave, prune, and hazelnut. No longer in production and available only in limited quantities, it is as much a collector’s piece as a sipping tequila — the hand-painted Talavera ceramic bottle a work of art in its own right.
