Armand de Brignac Rosé achieves its color through assemblage, blending sparkling white wine with a proportion of still Pinot Noir from old-growth vines grown specifically for rosé. It is produced in extremely limited quantities, even by comparison to the house’s Brut Gold. The brand is owned in part by Jay-Z.
