Bruxo No. 5 is a craft mezcal made from 100% Tobala agave — a wild, prized agave variety — produced at a traditional palenque in Oaxaca, Mexico. Aromas of ripe tropical fruits and light smoke; balanced sweet flavor profile with notes of peach and quince on the finish.

Tobala is the most prized of the wild agaves used in mezcal production — a small mountain-grown variety that takes longer to mature than Espadin and yields significantly less spirit per piña. The Bruxo range is built around fully mature agave and traditional palenque production methods.
