Charbay R5 Lot No. 5 Hop Flavored Whiskey

Charbay R5 Lot No. 5 Hop Flavored Whiskey is the fifth release in Charbay’s celebrated hop-forward whiskey line — a craft-distilled American whiskey with aromas of toasted cinnamon, honeysuckle, and flowers; a front of cloves, allspice, and floral notes; a mid-palate of tobacco and earthiness; and an herbaceous, long, sweet finish with hints of mulling spices.

Founded in 1983 on Spring Mountain above St. Helena, California, Charbay Distillery & Winery is owned and managed by Master Distiller Miles Karakasevic and his family. The Karakasevics trace their distilling tradition back to 1751 in the former Yugoslavia, with Marko Karakasevic becoming the family’s 13th-generation Master Distiller in 2009. All Charbay spirits are produced in their Alambic Charentais pot still.
