The George Strait Origen is not a standard release — it is the result of a specific moment: George Strait arriving at the Código 1530 distillery in Amatitán, going through the available barrels, and selecting the six he believed represented the best the program had produced at that stage of aging. Bottled from those six barrels, the expression carries both the quality guarantee of Código 1530’s production standards — fully mature Los Bajos agave, volcanic water, organic yeast, first-press extraction, no chemicals — and the personal curation of a co-founder with both financial and creative investment in the brand.
