Crater Lake Mazama Pepper Infused Vodka is the pepper-infused expression from Crater Lake Spirits in Tumalo, Oregon — named for Mount Mazama, the Pacific Northwest volcano whose collapsed caldera formed Crater Lake itself, and built around the distillery’s line of infused vodkas with a clean pepper-forward heat for spicy cocktails.

Crater Lake Spirits started in 1996 with the release of Crater Lake Vodka and Gin to the people of Oregon. Over the past two-plus decades, the brand has grown into one of America’s most awarded small-batch distilleries, with the lineup expanding into infused vodkas (Hazelnut Espresso, Pepper, and Sweet Ginger), Reserve products, ground-to-bottle Estate products, Special Projects (Hatch Green Chile Vodka, Northwest Berry Vodka), and Rye Whiskey. In 2010 the distillery moved from Bend to a 24-acre farm in Tumalo, Oregon. Mazama Pepper is built for Bloody Marys, spicy palomas, and any cocktail that wants pepper heat without added sweetness.
