El Jolgorio Cuixe Joven Mezcal is a wild-varietal artisanal mezcal from the El Jolgorio Oaxacan collective curated by the Cortés family. Cuixe (Agave karwinskii subspecies) is one of the elegant, mineral-driven karwinskii-family wild agaves — producing a mezcal with balanced spice and smoke layered over the earthy varietal foundation.

El Jolgorio represents 16 different families across 10 Oaxacan regions, with each bottle hand-marked with batch and producer details. The karwinskii family agaves take 12–20 years to mature in the wild before harvest, and their distinctive thick-fiber, long-stalked structure produces consistently more complex mezcal than cultivated Espadin.
