George Dickel No. 1 Whisky

George Dickel No. 1 is the foundation recipe where all of Dickel’s handcrafted corn-based whiskies begin — a clear, unaged whisky finished with the signature Chill Charcoal Mellowing process.

Crafted in Tullahoma from the same mash bill as the No. 8, No. 12, and Barrel Select. As George himself would have said, it’s “mellow as moonlight.”
