Description

Gra’it Vera Grappa Italiana is an aged Italian grappa from Distillerie Bonollo distilled from a blend of the seven most renowned Italian grape varietals — distilled the moment the pomace reaches the distillery to preserve its full aromatic integrity, then matured 12 months in Slavonian oak to earn the official “Invecchiata” (aged) denomination.

The proprietary S.U.B. (Sistema Unico Bonollo) is a patented distillation process developed by Distillerie Bonollo combining 170 years of family experience with modern technology. Gra’it took more than four years and numerous tests to develop before achieving the perfect balance of smoothness, character, taste, and versatility. The 12-month rest in Slavonian oak casks enriches the spirit with light spicy and vanilla tones and qualifies it for the “Invecchiata” aged-grappa denomination.

The Gra’it bottle is itself a piece of Venetian heritage — cast from an 1856 original alchemical mold, likely made by Venetian alchemists and perfumers. Venice and the Veneto region were key centers of European alchemy: the earliest alchemical texts (originally from the East) are preserved in Venetian libraries, and Venetian alchemical workshops gave rise to several arts including glass-blowing and perfumery.
