Hillrock PN (Pinot Noir) Solera Aged Bourbon is from Hillrock Estate Distillery in the Hudson Valley, New York — a true field-to-glass craft producer using the historic Solera fractional-aging method (rare in American whiskey) and finishing the bourbon in Pinot Noir wine casks for added red-fruit and oak complexity.

Hillrock Estate Distillery is one of the few American whiskey producers using estate-grown grain, an on-site malt house, and traditional Solera aging — a system more typical of Spanish sherry and Madeira than American bourbon. The PN expression applies a Pinot Noir cask finish to the Solera-aged base for a distinct red-fruit signature.
