The original maple factory floors are from the 1800s; the concrete bar was made in Grand Rapids with the location’s coordinates etched into the side; the wood comes from the family barn in central Indiana, salvaged from an early-1900s schoolhouse floor. The factory itself was built by EK Warren, a staunch prohibitionist whose former building now houses one of the Midwest’s most respected craft whiskey distilleries.
