Kiroku Memory Sweet Potato Shochu

Kiroku Memory is a sweet potato (imo) shochu from Kuroki Honten in Kyushu, Japan — producing shochu since 1885 with a farm-to-bottle philosophy that starts with cultivating their own land, growing and harvesting the crop, and even recycling production waste as organic fertilizer. Made from sweet potato with koji rice and the pure water of Kyushu Island.

Imo (sweet potato) shochu is one of the three classical shochu styles, with Kyushu the spiritual home of the tradition. Kuroki Honten’s dedication to passing down the local shochu tradition and culture to the next generation has made them one of the most respected artisanal shochu producers in Japan. Kiroku is one of their most recognized brands in the imo category.
