Description

La Caravedo Pisco Puro Quebranta is a Peruvian pisco distilled entirely from Quebranta grapes by Hacienda La Caravedo — the oldest distillery in the Americas (established 1684), nestled in the Ica Valley of Peru in the foothills of the Andes. Distilled exclusively from grapes and unaltered (not even with water), then rested one year in stainless steel. A clear, colorless pisco built around the Quebranta grape’s subtle, structural character.

From Hacienda La Caravedo — home to Portón — pisco is crafted by hand in small batches using traditional artisanal distilling techniques, honoring the spirit of Peru’s national distillate. Quebranta is the most-planted pisco varietal: a non-aromatic black grape that produces a versatile, structural pisco. Per Peru’s D.O. rules, no water is added after distillation — the bottling strength is the natural distillation strength.
