Meletti Anisette

Meletti Anisette is a traditional Italian anise liqueur from the Meletti family in Ascoli Piceno, Le Marche — produced through slow, evaporative distillation using anise (Pimpinella Anisum) grown in the clay soil near Ascoli Piceno. Exceptionally flavorful in the classic anisette style.

Since 1870, the Meletti family has been producing artisanal cordials, aperitivos, digestivos, and liqueurs in the fertile lands of the Adriatic coastal region of Le Marche. The Anisette draws on locally grown anise and the family’s evaporative distillation tradition for a richly aromatic, balanced sweet anise expression.
