Midnight Moon Oak Cask is produced from American corn and rested in charred oak barrels — bridging the gap between Midnight Moon’s unaged moonshine and a traditional whiskey. The oak resting adds color, vanilla, and caramel character to the corn base without the extended aging of a full bourbon. Blended with ultra-filtered water for smoothness at 40% ABV.

Junior Johnson, the NASCAR legend and bootlegger who inspired the brand, began his career running moonshine in North Carolina. The Oak Cask expression adds the dimension that barrel contact contributes — a natural evolution from the classic clear corn moonshine toward a more developed spirit character while maintaining the brand’s moonshine heritage.
