Prolijo Mezcal 12 Year Añejo is an extraordinarily aged mezcal distilled from 100% Espadín agave in San Pedro Totolapa, Oaxaca — then aged 12 years in a white Kentucky oak barrel, an unusually long maturation for mezcal that yields a soft, balanced, deeply integrated spirit.

Twelve years in white oak is rare for mezcal, building a smooth, rounded character over the cooked-agave base while retaining Espadín’s distinct profile.
