Rothman & Winter Orchard Pear Liqueur is an Austrian pear liqueur from Destillerie Purkhart — the seasonal harvest of Williams Pears combined with an eau-de-vie crafted from the same fruit, sourced from family orchards in South Tirol (Alto Adige) and the Danube Valley. The Rothman & Winter approach uses higher proof and lower sugar than mass-market liqueurs to preserve the aromatic essence of the Williams pear without the excessive sweetness that dulls fruit character.
