Two James Rye Dog

Two James Rye Dog is a field-to-bottle un-aged rye whiskey from Two James Spirits in Detroit, Michigan — distilled from 100% locally grown rye from Wing Farms in Ann Arbor, and a Double Gold winner at the 2014 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

As Detroit’s first licensed distillery since Prohibition, Two James was founded in 2013 in the Corktown neighbourhood. Rye Dog is bottled un-aged — without time in barrel, the raw character of the locally grown rye grain is fully exposed, showing floral and citrus notes with a round, smooth mouthfeel. It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as a base for cocktails.
