Vicario Mirto Liqueur

Vicario Mirto Liquéur is produced by Renato Vicario and Janette Wesley using organically grown myrtle (Myrtus communis) berries from their farm in Tuscany, Italy — a Sardinian and Corsican liqueur tradition adapted to their farm-to-bottle model. Mirto is produced from both the deep purple berries (Mirto Rosso) and occasionally the white berries (Mirto Bianco). Sweet, aromatic, and earthy at 25% ABV.

Nose: Myrtle berry, dark fruit, herbs, and light resin. Palate: Sweet and earthy — myrtle, dark berry, and botanical complexity. Finish: Long and aromatic.
