W.L. Weller C.Y.P.B. Original Wheated Straight Bourbon Whiskey

W.L. Weller C.Y.P.B. is a wheated Kentucky straight bourbon born from Buffalo Trace’s “Craft Your Perfect Bourbon” campaign — an 8-year Weller whiskey whose recipe, proof, warehouse location, and age were chosen by over 100,000 fan votes.

W.L. Weller introduced the first bourbon to use wheat as its secondary grain instead of rye in 1849, giving wheated bourbons (including Pappy Van Winkle and Larceny, which later followed the Weller mashbill) their softer, gentler, slightly sweeter profile. In 2015, Buffalo Trace launched the Craft Your Perfect Bourbon movement, inviting fans to vote on their ideal whiskey; the C.Y.P.B. is the result.
