Kavalan Distillery Select is a Taiwanese single malt from the King Car Group — the first Kavalan single malt designed specifically for cocktails, matured in select malt neutral casks to showcase the Taiwanese climate without heavy wood influence. Bottled at 86 proof.

Made entirely in Taiwan from Scottish malted barley, fermented with pure water from the Central and Snowy Mountain ranges, and distilled in lantern-shaped copper-pot stills for a pure, fruity character.
