Starward Solera Australian Whiskey

Starward Solera is a twice-distilled Australian single malt fully matured in Apera casks (an Australian fortified wine similar to Sherry) using a solera blending system.

Australian malted barley is fermented with brewers’ yeast for a flavorful craft finish. The solera method means a drop of the original cask remains in every bottle. Gold Medal winner at the World Whiskies Awards 2016, 2017, and 2019.
